Return Policy
. All returns must contact via customer service within 7 days, if you just return the goods without any negotiation, then your package may not be identified or accepted.
. If you change your mind or order by mistake, product must be returned in original conditions with purchase proof , buyer need to pay for postage costs for the return of the goods and a 10 percent restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.
. Exchange do not offer to discounted/marked down items, discontinue/non-stocking items and custom orders(10% restocking/handling fee may apply to exchanging )
. All products are inspected before refunding or exchanging, in case the item is found to be originally defective, we grant a full refund or a replacement with no additional cost. Where the goods are found not to be defective, a re-stocking fee 10% of the purchase will be deducted from your refund.
